All custom orders are final and can not be cancelled, refunded or exchanged as soon as we have started producing it. This is due to it being a one of a kind piece, designed specifically for you.

If your item has been damaged during the delivery please let us know, if our support approves your case, your item will be replaced at zero cost for you!
